What are the reception opening times in your Aparthotels?
At Adagio, reception is open 24/7. There will always be someone to welcome you no matter what time you arrive.What time will my apartment be ready?
Your apartment will be ready from 14:00 hours on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 hours on the day of your departure.What payment methods do Adagio Aparthotels accept?
Adagio Aparthotels accept a wide range of payment methods.Depending on the Aparthotel, you can pay in cash or by bank cheque, Eurocheque, Eurocard-Mastercard, CB/Visa, American Express, Compliment Card or chèques vacances*.

How do I find out the rates for a particular Aparthotel?
At Adagio, we offer special rates according to the length of stay. Our rates are reduced from the 4th night and are even lower for longer stays. To find the best available rate for an Aparthotel stay of 4 nights or more, select the dates of your stay and the best rate will be displayed. Staying 1 to 3 nights only? For the rates at your selected Aparthotel, go to the Aparthotel description and click "check availability". Remember, we offer better rates if you stay for 4 nights. How will I know if there is a car park at the Aparthotel?
The word "Parking" in the Aparthotel description indicates that a parking space is provided (subject to availability).Some car parks require payment.

Can my dog (or cat) stay with me in my apartment? On what conditions?
Adagio will accept your dog (or cat) for a surcharge and provided you can produce a rabies vaccination certificate. They can stay with you in your apartment. You must however keep them on a lead in the communal areas of the Aparthotel and they cannot be taken into the catering areas.I encountered a technical or practical problem during my stay. What do I do?
Our reception teams are on hand 24/7 to guarantee you complete security and peace of mind. All our Aparthotels have a quota of non-smoking apartments.Request one on your arrival at the Aparthotel (subject to availability).
And do you have family apartments?
All Adagio Aparthotels have apartments that can accommodate 4 people (studios or, more frequently, one-bedroom apartments). These apartments are particularly suitable for families.Some Aparthotels also have 2-bedroom apartments suitable for 6 to 8 people.

Is breakfast included in the apartment price?
The prices given for Adagio apartments don't include breakfast. Breakfasts can be ordered on site or booked in advance on the website during booking.All Adagio apartments have a fully-equipped kitchen so you can also prepare your own breakfast in the apartment if you wish.
Adagio breakfasts are not served in the apartment (with the exception of Adagio Paris Montmartre where this is the only option).
What does breakfast include?
A full breakfast buffet is served each morning in the breakfast room. Breakfast varies according to destination but includes an assortment of seasonal fruits and fruit juices, breads, pastries, fair trade hot drinks, dairy products and cold meats, regional and organic produce.Until what time is the buffet breakfast served?
At Adagio, a full and varied breakfast buffet is on offer between 7:00 and 10:00 hours daily.Does the Aparthotel serve lunch or dinner?
All Adagio apartments have a kitchen so you can prepare lunch and dinner to suit yourself in your studioor 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom apartment.
The Adagio Aparthotels (with a few exceptions) do not have a restaurant but, being in the city centre, you'll find a wide choice of restaurants nearby. Ask the reception team for further information.
