Great business hotel . No frills

Check in went smooth and very friendly The studio impressed us, looks really luxurious more than we expected based upon the price for the studio. We were also very happy with the silence in the room, no noise from 'neighbors' to be heard at all. Only downside to our experience was that we were promised to receive a separate invoice for the city tax of 1 person at check in. It would be arranged at the check out. At the check out we were told that it was a lot of work to re-create the invoices, but that we would receive it by mail. In the end we had to send an extra mail to receive the invoice as nothing was sent. And in the reply we got the message that such a split was not possible and we received everything on one invoice. This last reply felt like a made up story, just to avoid the additional work that was needed to create the separate invoices.
