Neither hot nor cold.
When we checked in, the girl at the reception had forgotten to mention the outside door code, so when we came back late at night we had trouble entering in. Actual the night shift receptionist was not polite at all. Especially when there is a label outside of the hotel that says a "24/7 Hotel". Additionally when I was calling at the hotel 's phone number at 01:15, nobody picked up the phone. The other thing is that as an aparthotel you do not have Housekeeping service for a three-night stay, something I knew and accepted. The problem was that when we asked for body-towels we always got face-towels with the same excuse every time, that they run out of body-towels. Never the less the wifi was working fine. I would also prefer the existence of a dishwasher.
