Functional hotel but needs refurbishing and finer fittings.
The hotel is good and I experienced both as a guest first for a week and then the apartments at the adagio for a month and the best attractions are the gym and swimming pool. The breakfast is good too and services too. The hotel rooms are good but the apartments are not always clean and the carpet was stained and old. It would do with refurbishment. There was a smell of dampness for a few nights at the apartment so I needed to be allocated to another floor. In sum, it is a good hotel but the apartments need refurbishing and they gave me free parking which I didn't need but not extra storage for some of my boxes which was vital so I have had to move to another hotel across the road which does and you have lost a long-term tenant in Fujairah. UAE.

Whilst I am delighted that overall you enjoyed your stay and in particular our recreation facilities, as well as our breakfast buffet in Flavours restaurant in our sister hotel - Novotel and the service from across our team I am sorry about your disappointment with the apartment carpet and cleaning. We strive to provide total confidence in this area being fully aware that hygiene and cleanliness are aspects of major importance for our guests to feel 100% comfortable in our hotel and apologise that our usual high standards slipped during your stay. As the General Manager I am even more sorry to read that you have not chosen to stay with us on a longer term basis, and whilst I'm aware that we have limited space I will be looking into this matter. We are in the planning stages of refurbishing the adagio apartments so I hope when completed that you will consider returning to stay with us again. Sincerely, Laurent Noury General Manager

Lack of coordination & proper supervion - Inspection
Cleaners are amateurs - there is no proper inspection there is no coordination in house keeping . I.e a major repair was performed in a room and after nobody bother to clean, even after complaining the cleaning was no proper - was just ashes in the eyes
