If the room I stayed in was a guest room in my house. I wouldn't invite people stay there.
I asked for a quiet room on a high floor. What I got was a noisy room on the 3rd floor. There was cigarette smoke/fumes coming into the room. I still have a cough as a result being exposed to this. I think it was coming through the vents. The whole room smelt like cigarette smoke. The noise of moving furniture and items being dropped form the floor above through the night. I cant recall of a night when this didn't happen. I must of being lucky and got the "Welcome to France" room.

Some good and bad
First the bad - The room was smaller than appeared in photos while also being a little in need of updating. The breakfast was so so. The Good - The staff were excellent, very helpful and the swimming pool although small was the warmest I've ever seen.
