Needs major improvement
Checkin process is very lengthy. It took me about 10 minutes waiting for my turn. Receptionist were not helpful and was not welcoming. Rooms were nice but absolutely not sound proof, i made a complaint several time for the room above me moving furniture at night. Bathrooms are not kid friendly, there is not handheld shower, all hotels even a 2 star has handheld shower. Upon checking out it took me 25 minutes because they accidentally charged my room for room service and they had to make sure it wasnt me that ordered which made me feel like i was lying to them. Completely wasted my time. I asked for the GM and no one was helpful to get me to him. Until this day , the GM hasnt contacted me. Clearly , management has an issue their. I know its a newly recently opened hotel but first impression counts , and seems like they are still not ready.
