Quiet, clean and ideally situated with helpful friendly staff.
Excellent stay at the hotel. The Accor website really doesn't work well. When I try to make a reservation it can't seem to handle it. This time I got an Oups message. I end up either chaving to call the Adagio, Liverpool directly or the Accor reservation Agent. I have heard from other friends that they have had similar problems. I wonder if you lose customers because of it.
