as above. staff generally helpful-in a difficult situation (I had been robbed in the metro before arrival!). However, I had enormous difficulties in trying to make follow-up phone-calls: not possible from my room, and requiring me to come down to the desk for each call. Delicate material in front of an endless stream of clients! Also, staff could not place a email, using my id, and to place one using gmail, tried to use staff member's. This took an age. Very frustrating and annoying all-round.
