Initial reception was somewhat disappointing as the room I thought was reserved online didn’t match the room I received at check in. The male receptionist at checkin was not very helpful but another receptionist told me to come back in the morning and check for the possibility of an change in room. The reason this was so important was that my daughter would be visiting my wife and I in Paris and spending the night so we needed a room with a sofa bed. I spoke to Lillian in the morning and she was able to upgrade my room to one with a sofa bed and marvelous view of the Eiffel Tower. I cannot thank Lillian enough for understanding and the ability to resolve my problem.
