      How do I book an apartment on www.adagio-city.com?

      There are 2 ways you can search for and book an apartment in an Adagio Aparthotel on www.adagio-city.com.Book online select your country and then the destination city. Select the dates of your stay and validate. You'll immediately get a list of our Aparthotels available for your destination, for the dates you provided.Find an Aparthotel on our interactive mapsFirst select your county. You will be able to view all our locations without having to specify the dates of your stay. You will, of course, have the option to book once you have selected an Aparthotel.

      THE APARTHOTEL WHERE I WANT TO BOOK AN APARTMENT ISN'T DISPLAYED.

      This means that the Aparthotel is full for the period you have selected. To satisfy your request, we suggest you search for another Adagio Aparthotel close to your destination or change your selection criteria. You can also ask for the list of Novotel, Suite Novotel, Mercure and ibis hotels for your destination.

      Until what time can I book on the website?

      If you want to book an apartment for the same day, the booking must be made before 18:00 hours (local time of the country of the Aparthotel). Otherwise bookings can be made at any time of the day or night.

      What is the maximum number of apartments and nights I can book in one go / at the same time on the website?

      Online, you can book up to three apartments for 90 consecutive nights in the same Adagio Aparthotel.
      If you wish to book more apartments or nights, you can send a request directly to the Aparthotel using the "stays of over three months" form, which can be completed on the website. You will receive a response promptly.
      The apartments that can be booked online are studios for 1-2 people, two-room apartments for 1-4 people or three-room apartments for up to 6 people, depending on the selected Aparthotel. If you are bringing a child under the age of 2, ask for a cot for your apartment. It will be set up free of charge in your apartment (subject to availability).

      I have just booked. Could you please send me a map and directions to the aparthotel?

      Search for your Aparthotel and click on "Map and directions".

      How can I be sure my booking has been registered?

      The booking reference notified at the end of the booking (e.g. 3H12500) is the guarantee that your booking has indeed been registered. You will receive an automatic confirmation email when your booking is complete. You can also view your booking online by clicking on "View/Cancel" on the www.adagio-city.com homepage.       I did not receive a confirmation reference at the end of my booking

      There must have been a technical problem. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience.
      You can contact the Aparthotel with which you tried to book to check your booking has been registered. To find the contact details, click on "More info" beside its name.
      In France, call the Adagio Aparthotel Express Booking phone line: 0 825 012 011 (€0.15 incl. VAT / min)
      and select the "consult/cancel a booking" option. You will be given a list of the bookings you have registered.

      What are the terms and conditions of booking?

      Bookings are firm orders. Our apartments are available from 3PM at the earliest on the day of arrival and up to 11AM at the latest on the day of departure. We cannot guarantee you a non-smoking apartment in advance. All bookings registered online are guaranteed.
      Booking guarantees: The booking is guaranteed by a bank card number.
      What does a guaranteed booking mean?: The Aparthotel management promises to hold the apartment booked until midday the following day.This guarantees the apartment booking beyond 18:00 hours no matter what time you arrive.

      Until what time will the aparthotel hold the apartment I have booked online?

      Your web booking, backed by your bank card number, guarantees the apartment booking beyond 18:00 hours, no matter what time you arrive.If something prevents you from coming, you have until 18:00 hours on the day of your arrival at the latest to cancel your booking (local time of the country of the Aparthotel). If you need to cancel or modify a booking, please refer to the specific sales conditions for your rate (shown on your booking).       I've just made an online booking. Until what time can I arrive at the aparthotel?

      Adagio Aparthotels are ready to welcome you 24/7. Certain Adagio Aparthotels close after 6PM or 9PM. Reception access codes are sent to you by email. If something prevents you from coming, you have until 18:00 hours on the day of your arrival at the latest to cancel your booking (local time of the country of the Aparthotel). If you need to cancel or modify a booking, please refer to the specific sales conditions for your rate (shown on your booking).       Do I need to give my bank card number to make an online booking?

      Your bank card number is required to register and guarantee your online booking. In the interests of confidentiality, all bank information is encrypted.

      Is it safe for me to give my card number online?

      Yes. We use data encryption so the site is secure.
      To guarantee secure transactions and ensure greater confidentiality, our website uses SSL encryption software. Your bank details and any information you enter on the various forms are encrypted automatically when your data is transferred over the network.

      Your bank card number will guarantee your apartment booking throughout the night. The amount will not be debited. You will not be debited and will pay for your stay on arrival at the Aparthotel, unless otherwise stated in the rate description and conditions of sale.       Can I book online and then call the aparthotel directly to change my booking?

      Of course you can!
      Make sure to keep a printed copy of the page containing your confirmation number. This page contains the details of your booking and the address and telephone number of the Aparthotel.

      How can I find out if there is an Adagio aparthotel in a particular city?

      To view a list of the Adagio Aparthotels located in a particular city, go to www.adagio-city.com and select "Find an Aparthotel on our interactive maps" on the homepage. Select a country and then click on the name of the city to view a list of the Aparthotels located in that city.
      If you would like to start organising your stay and choose an Adagio Aparthotel without necessarily booking straightaway, use the map search feature to find an Aparthotel, then click "More info" for further information.

      How can I find out if there are apartments available in a given aparthotel?

      The booking section of the www.adagio-city.com is designed so that only those Aparthotels that have apartments available on your chosen dates are displayed. If your chosen Aparthotel is full on the dates you have selected, www.adagio-city.com will prompt you to search for another Adagio Aparthotel near your destination, or to change your selection criteria.

      How do I find out the rates for a particular aparthotel?

      I have lost my booking number. How do I view or cancel my booking?

      Contact the Aparthotel where you booked and tell them you booked online.
      In future, to ensure you don't lose your booking number:

      • Print the page on which it appears
      • Keep the confirmation email sent at the end of the booking process
