Definition

If within 24 hours of booking an Aparthotel Adagio on the www.adagio-city.com website you find an equivalent offer for the same Aparthotel cheaper on another website (excluding visitors' tax but including booking fee), we promise to match the price and give you an extra 10% discount.

How the pledge works

The Best Rate Pledge applies to Adagio Aparthotel bookings made on the www.adagio-city.com website for which a confirmation number has been assigned at the time of validation of the booking.

To take advantage of the Best Rate Pledge, you need to complete the online claim form at www.adagio-city.com.

Rates applicable/Exclusions

The Best Rate Pledge applies only to Adagio apartment bookings and excludes the sale of all-inclusive deals/packages (including offers at the Aparthotel, transport services or any other service linked to the apartment booking).

The rates covered by the Best Rate Pledge must be accessible to the public and available for booking. They specifically exclude:

    • special "group" rates
    • special "corporate" rates
    • special "community" rates
    • special rates for "organisers of meetings and seminars"
    • special rates for Accor Favorite Guest, Accor Favorite Guest Corporate cardholders,
    • special rates for Accor partners and their employees
    • special rates for Accor employees
    • special rates for employees of the Pierre & Vacances Center Parcs group

Apartment type

The Best Rate Pledge applies to the same type of apartment as the apartment booked on the www.adagio-city.com website.

The same type of apartment must be available and booked on another website when Accor customer services check it out.

Dates and duration of stay

The Best Rate Pledge applies to the same dates of stay as the dates booked on www.adagio-city.com. .

When the claim covers a booking for 2 consecutive nights or more (for the same Aparthotel), the best rate pledge is based on the price per night and not the total cost of the stay

Currency

If the rate found on the other website is expressed in a different currency from the rate booked on the www.adagio-city.com website, the customer services department will convert this rate into the currency of the www.adagio-city.com website rate.

This conversion will be at the Accor rate of exchange on www.adagio-city.com valid at the time of the original booking.

Once the rate has been converted, Accor reserves the right to refuse a claim if the difference between the two rates appears to be due to the two websites using different exchange rates.

Terms and conditions of sale

For the Best Rate Pledge to apply, the terms and conditions of sale governing the rate on the other website must be equivalent to the terms and conditions of sale for the rate booked on the www.adagio-city.com site.

Specifically:

  • the prepayment and advance payment requirements
  • the terms of cancellation
  • the conditions under which the booking can be changed
  • whether or not daily housekeeping is included for stays of less than 4 nights

Submitting your claim

The online claim form is available at www.adagio-city.com. You must complete and validate all mandatory fields. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

Claims can be made within 24 hours of the booking on the www.adagio-city.com website, the time of booking will be decisive, and 72 hours before your planned arrival at the Aparthotel. It the original booking is made less than 72 hours before your arrival, the Best Rate Pledge doesn't apply.

Processing claims

have checked your claim, the Best Rate Pledge will be applied to your booking if your claim meets all the requirements. Customer services will send you an email with your booking confirmation number informing you of the new rate applicable.

If the booking is for a prepaid rate, the Aparthotel will refund the difference to the bank card initially debited at the time of your online payment.

If your claim does not meet the Best Rate Pledge criteria, customer services will send you an email informing you that the Pledge will not apply.

If you would like to cancel the booking you made on the www.adagio-city.com website, the terms of cancellation set out in the website terms and conditions of sale will apply.

Billing on your departure

On your departure from the Aparthotel, you will be billed the rate confirmed by customer services plus any services on offer not included in the booking (restaurant, bar etc.).

If you paid at the time of booking, only the services on offer not included in the booking (restaurant, bar etc.) will be billed on your departure from the Aparthotel.

Points Compliments will be credited to Accor loyalty card holders on the basis of the rate actually billed at the Aparthotel.

Liability

Accor cannot accept liability for any possible costs incurred following the cancellation of a booking if the booking was made on a website other than www.adagio-city.com.

Accor reserves the right to modify the Best Rate Pledge, or the terms and conditions thereof, or to stop the pledge at anytime without prior notice.
